Facing lease expiration at their existing site within 8 months, our client briefed Jeckra to find and deliver a completely new centre to relocate families to within this time period.

Jeckra identified the site, obtained development approval and delivered the centre on time and to budget. It included a build time of just 11 weeks, but it was also one of our most innovative projects to date.

An old bulky goods retail centre was converted into a state-of-the-art childcare centre, complete with an expansive yard and generous light-filled internal spaces. The conversion involved removing half of the building’s roof to create an external play area that was built up with earth to form mounds, contours and sandpits.
