Collins Street, Melbourne

Undoubtedly our most challenging project to date, Collins Street involved the transformation of two storeys of prime commercial real estate in heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Levels nine and ten of the prestigious 101 Collins we’re converted into a childcare tenancy, fit with expansive, light-filled internal environments, and incredible nature play areas.

Besides the interactive kitchen and art and craft ateliers, the prominent feature at 101 Collins is its four separate and intricate yards across the two levels. Each is tailored to the age of the children using the space and designed to be instructive, educative and challenging both physically and cognitively.
