Oran Park I2026

A new hub for tomorrow’s community.

Oran Park I is a purpose-built, 119-place childcare centre located on grade in the south-western section of Tranche 41, part of the Pondicherry Precinct in Oran Park. This precinct, rezoned for urban development in March 2022, forms part of the South West Growth Area, one of Sydney’s most significant growth corridors. By 2035, the South West Growth Area is forecast to accommodate over 110,000 new homes, with Oran Park and Pondicherry catering for more than 30,000 residents.

The site was strategically selected for its location within a rapidly developing community where demand for high-quality childcare will grow in parallel with residential expansion. The single-level, on-grade design ensures efficient operations and accessibility, meeting the needs of both families and educators. The building will be constructed with a durable, contemporary material palette and designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, and acoustic comfort.

Once complete, Oran Park I will stand as a key piece of social infrastructure, supporting the needs of a young, family-oriented population while contributing to the long-term liveability and sustainability of the precinct. It is set to become a welcoming, community-focused learning environment tailored to the next generation.
