Mosman Studio II is a 120sqm commercial office fitout delivered through a complete strip-out and reconstruction of the tenancy. Every element from the previous tenancy from the carpet to grid ceiling was removed and rebuilt to meet the client’s operational needs. The new layout includes a full functioning kitchen and bathroom, two acoustically treated focus rooms, a dedicated breakout space, and two workstation hubs designed for efficient team workflows. All services including mechanical and hydraulics were upgraded and coordinated to support the fitout, with acoustic treatments integrated throughout to ensure a comfortable, high-performing environment. The result is a purpose-built, contemporary workspace delivered to a high standard, maximising functionality while providing a professional setting that supports productivity and collaboration.

Mosman Studio II was designed to blur the line between workplace and home. We were asked to create work space that people genuinely wanted to come and work in – somewhere you would feel comfortable living in. Briefed to deliver a warm, residential-inspired environment, Jeckra worked with the interior designer to carefully curate materials and acoustic design solutions to achieve a calm, measured and high-performing workspace.
Rich timber flooring flows through the office, complemented by timber wall panelling and custom doors that bring natural warmth to the interiors. Terrazzo benchtops add refined, tactile detail, while Cewood acoustic ceiling tiles ensure the space is as functional as it is beautiful—softening sound, enhancing focus, and making collaboration seamless.
The combination of materials and thoughtful acoustic principles fosters an atmosphere that is both calm and engaging. Every element was selected to create a sense of comfort, texture, and connection to nature, making the workspace feel more like a residential retreat than a conventional office.
