Cobbitty Childcare is a collaboration between Jeckra, Black Rock/Federation, and Futuro Early Learning, strategically located within a new 900+ lot Mirvac master planned community in Sydney’s southwest growth corridor.

Identified by Jeckra in 2023, the project has approval for 127 licensed places and a 32-space basement car park across a 2,139sqm site. Designed with sustainable materials and practices, it features cork wall linings, natural fibre insulation, and carbon-negative acoustic ceiling tiles.

A central unlicensed piazza forms the social heart of the centre, connecting to communal spaces and a landscaped courtyard. Construction is underway, with completion scheduled for late 2026.
