Gledswood Hills 02 was conceived as a three-storey mixed-use commercial building with ground floor retail and hospitality and a double-storey basement. Tendered during the Covid-19 pandemic, the project faced unprecedented market volatility, with fluctuating material costs and labour shortages creating significant delivery risk. In response, Jeckra pivoted to deliver the site as a fully serviced residual lot, installing essential power, water, hydrant, and sewer infrastructure for sale. The completed works safeguarded the property’s development potential, enabling its successful sale. The project demonstrates Jeckra’s ability to adapt to challenging market conditions while delivering tangible value for stakeholders.
